Step 1
You and your agents
Set the rules
You name the holdings, the signals that matter to you and the sources you trust. The agents read nothing else and act on nothing you have not written down.
Two agents watch the holdings, filings and news you care about, under rules you set. Each morning you get a sourced brief on what changed and why, and an order prepared for your review when a rule is crossed. Placing it is yours to do. Nothing is traded by an agent.
What the agents do at each step. The agents here are one team’s choice. You decide which roles yours has.

Step 2
Your agents
Overnight the Watcher checks each holding against your rules: price moves, filings, notices. Quiet holdings are reported as quiet, not padded.
Step 3
Agents, then you
The Analyst writes what changed and why, with sources and dates, and says plainly what is uncertain. No prediction, no recommendation.
Step 4
You, in your broker
When a rule is crossed, an order is prepared from your own standing instruction, as a draft for your eyes. If you trade, you place it yourself in your broker.
A watchlist that says what moved and why it matters under your rules, and a brief that separates fact, source and uncertainty.
Three rules that never change, whatever you watch.
Agents can watch, brief and prepare. They have no connection that can place, amend or cancel an order, and that cannot be delegated to the Steward.
What counts as a signal, and which sources are trusted, are decisions you make before anything is watched.
Briefs report what changed, what the sources say and what is uncertain. Avendrio does not give investment advice and makes no claim about returns.
We will set the rules with you and show the first morning brief.
