Bring your next proposal together.

From a tender pack and a deadline to a reviewed draft, a requirements matrix and a clear list of what is still missing. Three agents do the research, drafting and checking. You keep the commercial decisions and the send.

From tender pack to sent.

What the agents do at each step. The agents here are one team’s choice. You decide which roles yours has.

Step 1

You and your agents

Brief

You set the goal, the deadline and the sources, and say who owns the commercial section. The team's existing authority is visible before anything starts.

Step 2

Your agents

Research and draft

The Researcher maps every tender requirement to a source and builds the matrix. The Writer drafts each section from it as it fills, holding the commercial section for a person.

Step 3

Agents with your team

Check

The Reviewer checks every claim against the collection. Anything without a source is removed and raised with you, never quietly kept.

Step 4

You

Send

The Writer asks to send the proposal to the client. External recipients are outside the team's authority, so it waits. You approve it once and the record shows who sent what.

What you get back.

A requirements matrix where every row names its source, a draft, a missing-evidence list and a presentation built from the same material.

What stays with you.

Four rules that never change, whatever the tender.

  • Reviewed first
    Agent access before activation

Each agent's proposed access profile is read and approved by a person. The Reviewer can comment but cannot send.

  • Person decides
    Commercial commitments

Day rates, totals and terms are owned by a person. Agents draft from the rate card; they do not set prices.

  • Person decides
    Unsupported claims

Anything the Reviewer cannot trace to a source is removed and raised, not quietly kept.

  • Approval needed
    Sending to the client

External email is outside the team's authority. The send waits for you and is recorded with your approval. Avendrio does not promise that a proposal will win.

Bring a recent tender.

We will show how a team would take it on, from the pack to the send.
